Why springs and openers fail in Centrepointe
Centrepointe has aged into the part of the cycle where original equipment is hitting hard end-of-life limits. The neighborhood's doors were almost all installed in the same 15-year window, which means failures often cluster on the same cold-snap mornings.
- Original springs at 30-40 years of cycling. Most residential springs are rated for around 10,000-15,000 cycles.
